Homestead Mortgage of Beaumont, TX was established in 1997 by founder Dave Faul. After several years in the corporate lending world, he wanted to create a company that took more of a personal approach with his clients. He soon surrounded himself with several people that had some of the same moral and Christian values that he wanted to project in his company.

After 14 years of serving Texas families with great service and affordable mortgage options, Homestead Mortgage is still excited to work with the individual needs of there borrowers. You business is always appreciated and NEVER taken for granted.

We offer FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, New Construction & Home Equity Loans. We are licensed to offer mortgage loans in all counties of Texas.
